Paul joined Charter Oak Capital Partners in 1999 as an Operating Principal and founded Charter Oak Equity in 2006. He serves on the Board of Directors for CGA Holdings and LicaFlex. Prior to Charter Oak, Paul spent five years on two turnaround assignments, including one as CEO; five years with McKinsey & Co. specializing in operations improvement and merger integration; and eleven years with GE, where he began his career, in various operating roles with GE Plastics and GE Corporate. He earned both his BS Chemical Engineering and MBA Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1978.

Zubin has been with Charter Oak Equity and its predecessor fund since 1998. He serves on the board of LicaFlex and is a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s Private Company Council. In his tenure at Charter Oak Equity, Zubin has served various operational roles at portfolio companies including roles such as executive chairman and interim CFO. Prior to joining Charter Oak Equity, he spent three years at Crowe Chizek (now Crowe Horwath) as a CPA in their audit, tax and mergers and acquisition departments. He attended Illinois Wesleyan University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting.

Mark joined Charter Oak Equity in 2006 as a General Partner. He has led or co-led COE's investments in ChemRes, Smart Tuition, Smartcare, ShelterLogic, and EiKO Global among others. Prior to joining Charter Oak Equity, Mark spent the bulk of his career with McKinsey & Co., most recently as a Senior Partner. During his seventeen years at McKinsey, Mark worked with a wide variety of industrial and healthcare companies and founded McKinsey's Medical Device and Private Equity Practices, as well as led the New York-based Corporate Finance Practice. He attended Cornell University where he received his BS in Operations Research in 1982 and MBA in 1983 - both earned with Distinction.

Doni joined Charter Oak Equity in 2017. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of CGA Holdings and previously served in a similar capacity for ChemRes. Prior to Charter Oak Equity, Doni spent four years at Quadrangle Group, where he focused on investments in the communications and media sectors, and two years with Sanabe & Associates, an investment banking boutique providing M&A, restructuring and strategic advice to companies in the building products, paper/packaging and renewable energy industries. He has served on the board of directors of Hargray Holdings and TowerVision Group. Doni received a B.S., summa cum laude, in Marketing and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
